Coaches vision: To
further enhance an individual player's communication,
knowledge, confidence and rugby
skills through fun drills and games and to build on the camaraderie and enjoyment
of working as a team. Discipline will be maintained at all times to
ensure that the players will not only learn the correct techniques,
