Andy Bridges vision: Our aim in the U12s is to help young boys be
part of a team and to feel part of a team. We want them to learn the
discipline of the game and to respect others in and around the game whilst
both training hard and playing hard. Most importantly, we want them
to play with a smile of their faces and TO HAVE FUN.
